- By car :
From Rouen and Paris : Take the Autoroute A13 to A29 then exit Honfleur
From Le Havre, Calais and Rouen North : Cross the Pont de Normandy then once off the bridge, take your first right at the round point (direction centre ville Honfleur)
Once in Centre Ville Honfleur
Follow the signs to Naturospace (look for small white signs on bottom of poles with a butterfly). At the round point with fountain (large parking lot to your right) turn right. Keep following signs to ‘Naturospace’. Continue straight ahead, cross over the bridge (beautiful view of the port with all the restaurants to your left). CONTINUE STRAIGHT AHEAD
At the fork in the road (you will see large pink house directly in front of you) stay to the RIGHT This is Rue Haute. Continue on Rue Haute about 50 meters until you see our sign at 44 Rue Haute on the RIGHT.
A reminder that on holidays and busy weekends rue Haute can get very busy & difficult to maneuver as there are lots of pedestrians. Please phone in advance so we know when to expect you! From Paris (St Lazare) to Trouville-Deauville station (about 1hour 45 minutes) Trains direct from Paris or via one change (correspondence) in Lisieux. NOTE THAT THERE ARE NO DIRECT TRAINS TO HONFLEUR Once at the train station Trouville Deauville, you will need to take a connecting bus or taxi from the Trouville Deauville station (about 20 minutes by taxi, 30 minutes by bus vertes (see below). Bus fare approx 6 euros. Taxi fare approx 25 euros. - By plane :
Aéroport de Deauville Saint-Gatien 10 km from the house - By ferry :
LD Lines ferry sail from Portsmouth to Le Havre - 11 km from Honfleur.
Brittany Ferries sail from Portsmouth to Caen (45 minutes from Honfleur via A13. There is a Brittany Ferries fast-cat sailing from both Portsmouth and Poole.
Various other ferries sail from ports in the UK to France - e.g. Newhaven to Dieppe & Le Havre being 1hour 20 mins from Honfleur - By bus : (from Caen or Trouville Deauville train station)
Bus Verts du Calvados:
Take line 20 from the Deauville Trouville train station then it is an easy walk from the last stop (Gare) to our house (no more than 15 minutes)
