Unless otherwise noted, rates are per night for one or two adults.

2-night minimum. For 1 night requests, a supplement of 30€ for double rooms and 45€ applies for the apts. Contact us one-week prior for availability.

Arrivals are between 4-7 pm. Arrivals up to 10 pm ok for stays uniquely in the main house with prior notice. We do not under accept arrivals after 10 pm. Kindly plan your travel accordingly.

• For early birds you are welcome to drop off your bags between 9 am to noon then return after 4pm for check in.
• We are not available for check-in or baggage drop-off between the hours of 12-4 pm.
• Departures at 11 am. You can always leave your bags and enjoy the salon and garden after checkout.
• WE HAVE STAIRS and do not have an elevator, porter service nor ground floor accommodations. Please read through our detailed info on the web and be sure to choose an accommodation that is right for you.
• Children over the age of 10 are welcome in the apts Anis & Priscilla only.   For security reasons, children under 10 are not permitted in the B&B, nor the other apts.  Please do not ask us to make an exception.
• A third bed may be added in the Chambre Directoire.   The 2-bedroom apartment Priscilla can house up to four people (see above).  All other accommodations are reserved for a maximum of two adults.
• Pets are not permitted. (Note we have two cats that may show up on the ground floor only). Apts are 100% pet-free !
• Unless otherwise specified, our standard cancellation terms are 21-days fully refundable.  Cancellation fees may apply for credit card refund.
• We are a non-smoking facility. A 135€ fee will be incurred for smoking within the premises; smoking ok in the garden!
• Parking: Free parking 100 meters from us at the Naturospace lot (500 car capacity). At 94 rue haute, we have two single secure locked garages & a garden slot the main house all at 25€ per night. Please let us know a time of booking if you require secure parking.
• Kindly remember to return your keys a replacement fee of 35€ main; 100€ apartment and/or garage keys applies.
   
• Breakfast (included in your rates):
  • For b&b guests and Studio Atelier residents, a lovely French breakfast is served around the large wooden table each morning from 9-10:30.  Earlier service available starting from 8:30 with prior notice.  Please be sure to bring your own gluten free or soy free products.
  • For apartment residents, each morning at 8:45 the breakfast fairy will deliver a basket of croissants, fresh bread, butter and jelly outside your door so as not to disturb you.  Coffee and tea are available in each of the facilities and a bottle of milk is provided upon request.

Prior to reserving, please note...

• Principally dedicated for romantic getaways, La Petite Folie is not suitable for children.
• Our arrivals are between 4-7 pm. 
• 2-night minimum year-round. (see full details center page).
• With the exception of apts Priscilla and Anis, all of our accommodations are for one or two adults.
• A 3rd bed can be added for a 3rd adult in chambre Directoire upon request.
• Children over the age of ten are welcome in the apt anis (max 2 pers) or the apt Priscilla (max 4 persons including children).
• For security reasons children under 10 are not permitted in the B&B.
• La Petite Folie is a non-smoking environment and animals are not accepted.
• Allergies? We have two cats in the b&b which spend most of their time in the garden and do not have access to bedrooms. If you have allergies we suggest taking one of the apts.

We offer you the opportunity to stay at the Inn (b&b) or in an apartment.  Please be sure that you understand the difference between these two types of stays & let us know if you have any questions.
